Jennie began using the Finch Windmill at the age of 10-years-old. When she was in high school, she pitched six no-hitters as well as thirteen perfect games. In college, she became an University of Arizona All-American first baseman as well as pitcher. The Honda Award was also given in 2001 and 2002 when Arizona won the softball championship in the nation.
